Mail Vault

A private, personal tool. Not offered to the public.

Mail Vault copies its owner's own Gmail onto the owner's own computer, so the owner can search it privately, the way files on that computer are searched.

• Read-only. It uses Google's gmail.readonly permission, which cannot send, delete, label or change anything in the mailbox.
• Stays on the owner's computer. Mail is copied directly from Google to that computer. It is not uploaded to any server run by Mail Vault, and there is none.
• One user. It is used only by its owner, on the owner's own Google account.
